Although Summer has ended the fun doesn’t stop in Pasadena. Here are some upcoming local events for you and your family to explore. Whether it a Chocolate Salon for those with an inner sweet tooth, to a Pop Katoons festival for children, or a ArtNight for those with a keen eye for the arts, there is fun for everyone.


Los Angeles Chocolate Salon 

Date & Time: Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm

Check out the 13th Annual Los Angeles Chocolate Salon to sample gourmet and premium chocolates of the finest quality. Enjoy demonstrations, chef & author talks, wine tasting and beverage vendors, and interviews by TasteTv’s Chocolate Television program. Click here for ticketing info.


Pop Katoons: Kids Entertainment Festival

Date & Time: Saturday, October 5th, 2019 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday, October 6th, 2019 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

The POP Katoons festival offers two days of fun-packed experiences for kids and parents. Join to spend the weekend playing, learning skills and to be creative in the various play zones that offer a chance to try out musical instruments, to learn new dance moves, experience a cooking class, and more. ArtNight Pasadena 

Date & Time: Friday, October 11, 2019 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Location: Various venues throughout Pasadena

ArtNight Pasadena is a biannual event that occurs during Spring and Fall. Patrons can enjoy an evening of art, music and entertainment as prominent museums and cultural institutions in Pasadena offers free admission and special programming. Free shuttles run from 6-10pm and stopping at every venue. Click here for more information and a list of participating venues.


Pumpkin Festival

Date & Time: Saturday, October 19, 2019 to Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 9:30am – 5:00pm
Location: Brookside Park (in front of Kidspace Children’s Museum)

The 25th annual Pumpkin Festival at Brookside Park will be held on the weekend of October 19th from 9:30am to 5pm. Join to partake in carnival games, pony rides, seasonal crafts, and free entertainment. There will also be a book and costume sale, but most importably, don’t forget to pick up a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch for crafting the most eye catching jack-o-lantern for Halloween.
